Runners - We understand how much it matters to you
Runners can be a little different.
For many people who run they use it to manage their mental health. While this is effective, there is one slight drawback, runner have a tendency to ignore running-related pain because they are worried they will be told they cannot run and need to rest.
It’s actually very rare that we need to stop altogether and rest. Usually it’s possible to keep running but we might need to work together to agree on some realistic amounts. Managing the training load with some accessory exercises, some manual therapy and some simple, honest advice works well most of the time.
Ultra-marathoners and couch-to-5k-ers alike, we really get how much it matters to you and we will do our very best to keep you moving.
