When we experience episodes or ongoing anxiety, depression, or stress, it can be with us all the time making day-to-day life difficult to enjoy. We often experience sensations in our bodies such as aches, tension or shaking alongside deeply unpleasant emotions.

Therapeutic massage provides a safe place for the body and mind to settle. Calming one, calms the other. Taking an hour for ourselves to reconnect, to breathe gently, and feel ease and comfort in our bodies can be profoundly valuable. The relief from feelings of tension and stress remind us that we are capable of experiencing ease and stillness, that our busy minds can be quiet and our bodies can rest.
