Hello

Tris

“Nothing is more engaging than working with someone to empower them to improve their life whether it’s pain relief, rehab, making plans or just giving vital time and space to relax and reconnect with themselves”

I am available for anyone seeking help with injuries, aches, or chronic musculoskeletal pain (muscles, joints, tendons and nerves). Providing manual therapy, massage, education and rehabilitation. Offering an evidence-informed approach to assessment and treatment.

Placing clients at the centre of all decision-making enables individualised, and realistic treatment plans based on each client’s lifestyle and priorities.
